What Security Features Does the DocuGard Standard Security Marble Business Top Check Have?

DocuGard security paper comes with a wide variety of features to ensure that your checks are not tampered with once they are given to vendors or employees. The DocuGard security check paper features a check–21 compliance. If photocopied, the duplicate will have VOID printed on it. The backing is anti-splice and contains a watermark and security features listing to notify banks. The background is erasure resistant and patterned with a micro text print.

On What Can You Print the DocuGard Checks?

DocuGard check paper can be used with most standard printers. It works best with inkjet or laser printers. It is not for use with dot-matrix or standard label printers. These checks do not have the necessary edging to work with a dot matrix printer and are too big for most traditional label printers as those are for shipping labels.

Can You Use DocuGard Standard Security Marble Business Top Check With Your Money Management Software Program?

When using DocuGard security business checks, you do not have to have a special program just for this brand of checks. Instead, it works well with most of your popular money management software programs. Software options include titles such as QuickBooks, Quicken and Freshbooks.
