Mix 2 scoops (70g.) Muscle Milk Powder into 8 fluid ounces water

Protein blend (milk protein isolate, calcium sodium caseinate, whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate, lactoferrin, L-glutamine, taurine), maltodextrin, alkalized cocoa powder, natural and artificial flavors, sunflower oil, less than 1% of: potassium chloride, medium chain triglycerides, inulin, canola oil, magnesium oxide, soluble corn fiber, potassium bicarbonate, gum blend (cellulose gum, xanthan gum, carrageenan), acesulfame potassium, soy lecithin
