Are these pans nonstick?

These pans do not have a Teflon or nonstick coating so it’s recommended you use oil or parchment paper when baking or cooking to reduce sticking and cleanup.

Are these pans dishwasher safe?

To prevent warping and to preserve the quality of these sheet pans, hand washing is recommended.
